Thyristors and Triacs

ST offers a wide range of thyristors and AC switches with voltage levels up to 1200V, current up to 120A, and packages ranging from miniature surface mount to insulated and non-insulated high power dissipation packages.
The latest update to the AC switch line has been in the SMBflat package, which is smaller than the SOT-223 and designed for 0.8A devices, SCRs, Triacs and ACS. SMBflat and SOT-223 packages are fully interchangeable when designing printed circuit boards.
