ST offers Schottky and ultrafast diodes for every solution in today's market. The latest development is the M-series diodes based on Schottky technology with improved performance and higher current capability in low profile PowerFLAT™ packages.

Flip-chip mounted small-signal Schottky diodes in SOD-923 package meet requirements for space saving, which is especially important for portable communication devices.

For high efficiency rectifiers, ST introduces a line of field effect diodes, namely the FERD family, which increase the power flux density in converters.

For inverted applications requiring extreme temperature and power flux-density performance, first and second generation silicon carbide diodes have proven to be the most reliable.
